I created this challenge because I know it doesn’t have to be that way.
I’ve been around Indian food and spices all my life — learning in kitchens where flavour came from memory, not from measuring spoons. But I also know that for beginners, Indian cooking can feel intimidating and chaotic. So many people tell me they love Indian food, but feel too overwhelmed to try it at home.
That’s why I created this free challenge: to offer you a calm, welcoming way in.
No pressure. No perfection. Just 7 simple recipes you can cook at your own pace — and in doing so, build real confidence with spices, flavour, and rhythm in your kitchen.
I created this for people who want to enjoy Indian cooking but don’t know where to begin — whether you’ve never picked up a cumin seed or you’ve got a shelf full of unopened spices.
My vision is simple: I believe Indian cooking can be joyful, easy to learn, and part of your everyday life.
